How I Support You As Your Postpartum Doula
As your postpartum doula, I am here to lovingly support you and your family through the tender transition into life with your new baby. The postpartum period is a time of profound change—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and you deserve to feel held, cared for, and deeply supported.
My role is to nurture you, listen with compassion, and help create a calm, steady presence in your home during those first days, weeks, and months. I offer gentle guidance, practical support, and evidence-based information related to postpartum recovery, infant care, and feeding.
I help you navigate any challenges that may arise, and when needed, I can connect you with trusted resources in the community. All services are provided with loving kindness, respect, and without judgment. I honor your family’s unique values, culture, and choices, and I am committed to supporting you in a way that feels safe, empowering, and aligned with what matters most to you and your family.
I am Infant CPR Certified by the American Red Cross.

Reserved Care Deposit
To lovingly reserve space for your family in my schedule and ensure I am available during your postpartum window, a care deposit equal to 20 contracted hours ($700.00) is due at the time of signing. This is not an additional fee—it will be fully applied as a credit toward your first 20 hours of care.
The care deposit reflects the mutual commitment we are making to one another: your intention to secure support during this important season, and my commitment to holding dedicated time and availability for you.
Because I reserve this time specifically for your family, should you choose not to move forward with services after signing.the care deposit is non-refundable.
Included in your care deposit is one prenatal visit (virtual or in person). This time allows us to connect, explore your hopes and concerns, and talk through any postpartum questions you may have so you feel informed, supported, and prepared for the weeks and months ahead.

Support Visits
To help create consistency and allow for meaningful and intentional support, daytime care visits are typically scheduled in 2 to 4 hour blocks, unless we decide together on a different arrangement that better meets your needs.
Overnight support is designed to provide steady, restful care through the night and is scheduled in 8-hour increments.
If our time together extends between daytime and overnight hours, the rate will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the time provided.
Additional Support
The postpartum season is beautifully unpredictable, and it’s completely natural for your needs to evolve as you settle into life with your baby. If you find that you would like more time together, additional care visits may be requested at any time. I will always do my best to remain flexible and accommodate extra support whenever my schedule allows.
If you feel called to continue receiving care beyond the end of our current agreement, I would be honored to explore ongoing support with you, based on availability.
I work with and serve all families regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability and national origin.
